The agency on Northeast Columbia Boulevard will open a waiting room at 8 a.m. on Wednesday and hand out numbers to people as they arrive. Viewings will start at 10 a.m. The agency is gearing up for a record number of one-day adoptions spurred by 43 small popular dogs that came from a commercial breeder.
